Michael and Andrea Bochart had a gorgeous lot with an incredible
view. All they needed was a home that would take full advantage
of that view. They chose Plan NW-579 for its bountiful windows
that brought in not only the beautiful outdoors, but also plenty
of cheery light.
The Bocharts list the kid-friendly basement family room with
fireplace and the garage's shop as secondary factors that sold
them on Plan NW-579. Last, but not least, the intelligent main-floor
layout ensured daily-living ease, as well as special-occasion
comfort.
"The upstairs has a great flow. You can make a circle to and from
the back master bedroom," says Andrea. "We really like the openness
from the kitchen into the living room. It's great for parties and
family gatherings."
